Street & Utility Update

To: Residents within the 2023 Street & Utility Project

Dear Residents,

Here is an update on the Street and Utility work. All timelines listed below are subject to change due to weather conditions or equipment breakdowns. 

Woodland Road & Highwood Drive

All work on these streets is completed.

Sommerset Avenue & Wirth Street

DC Burbach will finish up the concrete work early next week. Dorner Inc. will be back on site next week to perform the restoration and structure adjustments. Payne & Dolan is scheduled to begin fine grading sometime next week. The fine grading will be followed by the paving, which is scheduled sometime the week of July 31st.

Garfield Street

DC Burbach will finish up the concrete work early next week. Dorner Inc. will be back on site next week to perform the restoration and structure adjustments. Alley between Franklin Avenue & Evergreen Boulevard

Payne & Dolan are scheduled to be on site sometime next week the perform the fine grading and paving.

All streets continue to be closed to thru traffic. Due to the construction, roadway access and driveway access may be limited during working hours but will be restored at the end of the day.
