Council Seeking Input on HWY 60 and Sheboygan Road Development

The City of Cedarburg Common Council is seeking input on a proposed 207 unit multi-family residential development on the corner of HWY 60 and Sheboygan Road.
The development is being proposed by the Mandel Group. It will include one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom units along with several townhomes, a retail area, clubhouse, pool, and multiple play areas.
A Common Council meeting is planned for late October to discuss the development. Please email your Council Member with any input you wish to provide on this development.
