Is there a curfew in the City of Cedarburg?

Yes. Any person under the age of 16 years may not be on foot, bicycle, or in any vehicle on any street, avenue, highway, road, park, or public place between the hours of 11:00pm and 5:00am unless:

• Accompanied by parent or guardian, or
• As a result of a reasonable necessity as authorized by a parent or guardian (e.g. running an errand), or
• For employment, or
• When returning from supervised school, church, or civic functions.
