Evergreen BLVD Street and Utility Work Update

Dear Residents,

Here is an update on the Street and Utility work on Evergreen Blvd. All timelines listed below are subject to change due to weather conditions or equipment breakdowns. 

Kopplin & Kinas Co., Inc. completed the road work early this week. TP Concrete will continue the concrete work and begin sometime the week of July 12th.  The concrete work involves replacing curb and gutter, sidewalk, and driveway approaches. If curb in front of your driveway or your driveway approach is being replaced, you may not be able to access your driveway for 7 days after the new concrete has been poured to allow the concrete to cure. You will be notified in advance if you will be losing access to your driveway due to concrete work. The concrete work should be completed in a couple weeks and will be followed by the fine grading.

Evergreen Boulevard from Western Road to Bridge Road will continue be closed to thru traffic, still allowing local traffic.  Due to the construction, roadway access and driveway access may be limited during working hours but will be restored at the end of the day.
