Coronavirus Information

Coronovirus

The City of Cedarburg is committed to doing everything we can to ensure the health and well-being of our employees and residents. We want to keep you informed about Cedarburg’s response to the coronavirus (COVID-19). We are following the recommendations of the CDC, including frequent sanitation of common areas in all City of Cedarburg buildings and asking residents to practice social distancing and call or email rather than visit our offices in person. These practices are designed to help keep our staff, partners, and community safe. For resources on COVID-19, please see the Washington and Ozaukee county health department webpage: http://www.washozwi.gov/.

City of Cedarburg offices remain open at this time.  All recreation and senior center programs are cancelled until March 29th. For other potential future cancellations please follow us on Facebook or check our City Website www.ci.cedarburg.wi.us.  If you have questions regarding specific facilities or programs please contact those departments.

The Cedarburg Police and Fire Departments have implemented policies to protect their employees, volunteers, and residents from potential exposure to the virus while continuing to maintain all of their services.

We will continue to put significant time and effort into helping protect our residents and staff to ensure the health and safety of all.  As we monitor the fast-paced changes of this unprecedented situation, we will continue to provide updates and communication on our webpage.  Any questions or concerns can be directed to Mikko Hilvo via phone: (262) 375-7917 or via email: mhilvo@ci.cedarburg.wi.us.
