As of 3-25-2020  at 8:00a.m. City Hall will be closed to the public and limited staff will be at City Hall to conduct essential City business.   All non-essential City services will be closed until further notice.  Essential health and safety services will continue to be provided as stated in Governor Evers Emergency Order #12 "Safer at Home".   Garbage/recycling pickup will continue, public works crews will continue to pick up downtown/parks garbages along with responding to any emergency street, parks, or forestry operations, new construction inspections will be done and necessary City meetings will continue to be held online utilizing Zoom.  The City will continue to adhere to all COVID-19 precautions while conducting these services.  The library has an array of online services available and the recreation department has created online programming to provide you with additional things to do while staying at home. During the time that City facilities are closed we will be doing a thorough cleaning of them.  For additional information on specific City services please contact the appropriate department.

In addition to our normal operations we continue to recieve a large amount of absentee voting requests and so far had over 250 people vote absentee in-person during the limited hours we provided during the last two days.  We are currently evaluating if we will continue to provide in-person absentee voting.  We hope to have a decision made before the end of the day on March 25.  Please continue to follow us on facebook or our website for any updates.

If you have questions in regards to this closure or City's response to COVID-19 you should contact the City Administrator Mikko Hilvo at mhilvo@ci.cedarburg.wi.us or by calling (262) 375-7917.
