    Join us for a fun, energetic exercise class that will burn calories, build endurance, tone up your muscles, and
    reduce stress! This is a total body workout tailored to every fitness level. Class includes a warm-up, aerobic segment,upper and lower body strengthening and balance movesthrough the use of free weights, resistance bands, balls, andpoles, ending with a cool down and strecthing. High and low levels are shown so you can work at your own pace. Enjoy the benefits of exercise while working to a variety of energizing music. Bring free weights (1-5 lbs). Register prior to the first class using the registration form in the booklet or in person at the Department Office.

    2222 - Total Body Fitness Summer

    Join us for a fun and healthy workout the low impact way! One foot on the ground at all times minimizes the impact on your joints. Class involves a full range of aerobic exercise, strength training and stretching to build stamina, maintain muscle tone, and achieve greater flexibility. We encourage you to work at your own pace and we offer alternatives if needed. Every "Body" is welcome!

    2403 - Yoga FUNdamental Flow

    This slow flow class is the perfect place to begin. Gain confidence while building strength, flexibility and balance. We will focus on safe alignment and connecting poses with breath. Core strengthening exercises will help us improve our balance. Please bring a yoga mat, and water.
