Street & Utility Work Update

To:          Residents within the 2022 Street & Utility Project

Dear Residents,

Here is an update on the Street and Utility work. All timelines listed below are subject to change due to weather conditions or equipment breakdowns. 

Highland Drive & Sunnyside Lane

DC Burbach will finish up the concrete work this week. Dorner will be on site throughout the week continuing with restoration and manhole adjustments. Stark will be on site this week to begin fine grading. This work will be followed by paving, which will take place next week. The traffic control will stay up for 3 weeks after Labor Day to allow for striping on the roadway and for the work on the Highland Bridge parapet wall.

Jefferson Avenue

All work has been completed.

Thornapple Lane

All work has been completed.

Highland Drive will continue to be closed to thru traffic. Due to the construction, roadway access and driveway access may be limited during working hours but will be restored at the end of the day.
