There is one week left to get your short story submissions in for the Cedarburg Reads....and Writes! Short story writing contest.  The theme is hometown memories, and it is inspired by the book, Every Now and Then by local author Lesley Kagen.  The program is sponsored by the Cedarburg Friends of the Library and they are offering cash prizes for the winners. Children beginning in third grade through high school along with adults are invited to submit their short stories.  Deadline is October 9.
