Strong Man and Strong Women Events

Saturday July 17, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Must be 16 years of age to participate

Proceeds to benefit Cedarburg Youth Sports through The Cedarburg  Parks and  Recreation Department 

1) Truck Pull: Each team pulls a one ton pick up truck 25 yards. Fastest time wins. Each team gets two tries.

                   Truck: A one ton City Truck

                   Teams: 3 people on a team

Prize: Each Participant of the Winning Team for Men and the Winning Team for Women: A one month  membership to REAL Health and Fitness-a $75.00 value plus a REAL Health & Fitness T-Shirt  or A Leather REAL Health & Fitness Gym Bag

 2) Sled Pull: Each participant pulls a sled loaded with weight plates. Fastest time wins.

Prize: Winner in each category receives a REAL Health & Fitness T-shirt and water bottle

3) Keg Lift: Each participant lifts a filled keg. Total number of keg lifts.

Prize: Winner in each category receives a REAL Health & Fitness T-                                  shirt and water bottle
